Greetings from the Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC)! The DFAMPC invites its members who are sports enthusiasts to its upcoming Sports Fest 2025 that will be opening on 7 July 2025, Monday: Men's Basketball Team — composed of twelve (12) player line-up and three (3) reserved players (non-member/outsourced personnel) Women's Volleyball Team — composed of eight (8) player line-up and two (2) reserved players (non-member/outsourced personnel) Please submit your team line-up and liability waiver form to the DFAMPC Management office, 7th floor on or before 5 June 2025, Thursday. Submission of the team line-ups are on the first-come-first-served basis. Only twelve (12) Basketball teams and six (6) Volleyball teams will be accommodated. For inquiries and concerns, kindly contact the DFAMPC Health and Wellness Committee.

In line with its commitment to strengthening cooperative governance and leadership capacity, the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) conducted a Parliamentary Procedure Seminar on May 18, 2025, at Kingsford Hotel, Pasay City. The seminar was attended by the Board of Directors, Committees and Management Team, reinforcing the cooperative’s drive for structured, democratic, and effective decision-making. Parliamentary Procedure is the established set of rules that guides the conduct of meetings in deliberative bodies. It ensures order, protects the rights of all members, and promotes fairness in discussions and decision-making. For cooperative leaders, understanding and applying these procedures is essential in facilitating efficient meetings, passing resolutions properly, and upholding accountability in organizational processes.
DFAMPC Bowling and Billiards Tournament 2025: A Celebration of Camaraderie and Competition

The Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) successfully held its much-anticipated Bowling and Billiards Tournament 2025 on April 26 and May 3, 2025 held at Paeng’s Midtown Bowl and Billiard Center, bringing together members and employees in a friendly yet competitive environment that highlighted sportsmanship and team spirit.The Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) successfully held the finals of its Bowling and Billiards Tournament on May 3, 2025, at Paeng's Midtown Bowl. The event aimed to foster camaraderie, wellness, and friendly competition among its members. The finals featured the top six bowling teams and top six billiards players vying for the championship titles. Good day everyone, It is an honor to stand before you today as we officially launch the new and improved website of the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This milestone is a testament to our commitment to progress, transparency, and innovation. First and foremost, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our Chairman, Mr. Richard T. Billedo, for spearheading this project. Your vision and leadership have been instrumental in making this a reality. To our current Chairman, Maria Theresa Jesusa Albano, thank you for your continued support in ensuring that our cooperative embraces the digital age. I also wish to recognize the invaluable oversight of Mr. Rolando Salazar, whose guidance helped shape this initiative. A huge thank you as well to our partner company, FSI Skyward Logistics, led by Mr. Rex C. Latuño, for their expertise and dedication in bringing this project to life. To the DFAMPC Management and my fellow members of the ICTC Committee, your commitment and hard work have been crucial in making this endeavor a success. The launch of this website is more than just an upgrade—it is a necessity. In today’s digital era, having an online presence is vital for accessibility, efficiency, and engagement. Through this platform, we can enhance communication with our members, provide real-time updates, and ensure transparency in our cooperative’s operations. But this is just the beginning. This website will serve as a foundation for future innovations that will further benefit our members. In the near future, we envision integrating features such as an online membership portal, digital loan applications, real-time account inquiries, online payment facility, and an interactive forum where members can share insights and ideas. These enhancements will make transactions more convenient and improve the overall cooperative experience. Rest assured that the DFAMPC Board of Directors, Management, and its Committees will remain steadfast in our commitment to continuously explore and implement innovations for the benefit of all members. We believe that through technology, we can foster stronger connections, improve services, and ensure a brighter future for our cooperative. PASAY CITY, Philippines – On April 11, 2025, the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) successfully hosted its 34th Annual General Assembly Meeting. The hybrid event, held at the DoubleDragon Tower, gathered members to review key reports, approve crucial plans for the coming year, and participate in the democratic processes of the cooperative. The assembly’s agenda was fully addressed, with members voting to approve the audited financial statements, the new Medium-Term Development Plan, and the budget for 2025. The meeting concluded with the official announcement of election results and the formal appointment of the cooperative’s external auditor. The DFAMPC leadership extends its gratitude to all members for their valuable contributions and continued trust. Key highlights from the assembly included: Consolidated Report of the Board of Directors and Management for 2024, showcasing DFAMPC’s milestones, growth, and the Education and Training Committee’s calendar of activities Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements and adoption of the Medium-Term Development Plan Approval of the 2025 Annual Budget and proposed Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws Official announcement of election results for cooperative leadership positions Appointment of an External Auditor to ensure transparency and financial accountability The meeting also addressed unfinished and new business matters, reflecting DFAMPC’s responsiveness to emerging challenges and opportunities. WHY WE BUILT THIS WEBSITE In today’s digital age, convenience and accessibility are key. We wanted to create a platform that provides members with 24/7 access to important cooperative updates and services, offers a secure online portal for transactions, payments, and account management, and serves as a hub for news, events, and announcements related to the cooperative. Our goal is to make it easier for members to stay connected and engaged with DFA Multi-purpose Cooperative, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
