Castro-Fuerzas of Business Development and Consumer Committee (BDCC) and Ms. Tricia Mae V. Noviza of Information and Communication Technology Committee (ICTC). The ceremony, attended by members of the cooperative, marked a significant step in strengthening the organization's operational capacity and strategic direction. The oath-taking ceremony underscores the DFAMPC's commitment to good governance and the active participation of its members in shaping the cooperative's future. ONE-COOP Federation proudly hosted a comprehensive GAP Analysis Workshop and Tutorial happened last June 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the serene The Fern Gardens in Tagaytay City. The full-day event gathered key representatives from various cooperative entities, including the DFA Multipurpose Cooperative, to enhance their strategic planning and operational efficiency. The workshop aimed to equip participants with the essential tools and methodologies for conducting thorough GAP analyses. A GAP analysis is a strategic planning tool that helps organizations compare their current performance with their desired performance, identifying "gaps" and the necessary steps to close them.

The event was held at the 6th Floor Mess Hall of the DFA DoubleDragon Tower and was graced by the presence of the DFAMPC Board of Directors, members, officers, special guests, and the management team. The program commenced with an inspiring welcome message delivered by Chairperson Ms. Maria Theresa Jesusa F. Albano, who highlighted the vital role of the consumer service in meeting the everyday needs of cooperative members. She emphasized that this reopening is more than just a business revival—it's a reaffirmation of DFAMPC's commitment to service excellence and member empowerment. A ribbon-cutting ceremony followed, led by Chairperson Albano (center), Undersecretary Ma. Hellen B. De la Vega (left), and Chief Coordinator Bernadette Therese Fernandez (right), symbolizing the official reopening of the consumer service facility. The celebration concluded with a fellowship and light refreshments, a simple yet heartwarming salu-salo where guests enjoyed a curated spread from Sta. Ines Grazing Table, featuring a delightful assortment of refreshments and delicacies that added flavor to the event’s warm and collaborative atmosphere.
