All DFAMPC members are cordially invited to attend the 35th Annual General Assembly (GA) with the theme “Rooted in Unity, Enabled by Innovation, and Sustainable Partnerships: Moving Forward with Stability and Purpose,” on Thursday 26 March 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Mess Hall, 6th Floor, DoubleDragon Tower, Pasay City.
The 35th Annual General Assembly will be conducted in hybrid form. Members are requested to register through the google form: https://forms.gle/We6h8JdhHDQQPRkB6. The meeting link via Zoom platform, 35th General Assembly Program and Souvenir Program (E-Book) will automatically be provided after successful registration.

The DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) convened its 35th General Assembly, reaffirming its position as a stable, resilient, and forward-looking organization committed to delivering value to its nearly 4,000 members. The Assembly highlighted the cooperative’s sustained financial performance, sound governance, and continued expansion of services. It served as a venue to present key accomplishments, operational milestones, and strategic priorities, reinforcing DFAMPC’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and member empowerment. A major focus of this year’s Assembly was DFAMPC’s digital transformation initiatives, particularly the implementation of its online delivery systems for passport and apostille services. These innovations have significantly improved operational efficiency, enhanced service accessibility, and strengthened transaction security, aligning with the cooperative’s vision of modernized and technology-driven service delivery. The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) commended DFAMPC for its 35-year milestone and its proactive adoption of digital solutions. The CDA emphasized the importance of upholding cooperative principles, particularly in the areas of integrity, governance, and the ABCs—Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Compliance—as essential foundations for long-term sustainability. DFAMPC leadership reiterated its commitment to continuously enhance its systems, expand its services, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. The cooperative remains dedicated to supporting national development efforts while ensuring that its members benefit from efficient, transparent, and innovative services. DFAMPC Releases Official Results of the 2026 General Elections

The Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC), through its Election Committee (ELECOM), officially announces the certified results of the 2026 DFAMPC General Elections held in accordance with the cooperative’s bylaws and CDA guidelines. Following the successful conclusion of the electoral process, ELECOM conducted a comprehensive multi-stage validation and reconciliation procedure to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of all recorded votes. Based on the verified final tally, the following members have been duly elected to the Board of Directors: Noly C. Dulay – 728 votes Mary Anne E. Macaranas-Jurado – 727 votes Allan P. Casupanan – 588 votes Fritz John G. De Jesus – 581 votes Evelyn Jr. S. Xavier – 546 votes For the Election Committee, Marla Diane G. Limbo was elected with 790 votes. A total of 1,366 votes were recorded, of which 1,322 were validated as eligible votes. A detailed summary of results, including graphical data from the official digital ballot system, has been provided to ensure full transparency and accountability. DFAMPC affirms its commitment to upholding democratic principles, good governance, and member participation. In line with the nationwide celebration of National Women’s Month this March, the Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Committee, invites all DFAMPC cooperative members and DFA personnel to a Make up Training Session, with details as follows: When: 18 March 2026, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Where: 6th Floor, Mess Hall, DoubleDragon Tower, DD Meridian Ave., Pasay City The make-up training session aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence of cooperative members and personnel in proper make-up application and personal grooming. These skills may become useful in everyday and workplace settings, particularly given the nature of work in the Department and the Foreign Service, which involves engaging with the transacting public and Foreign Service counterparts. The Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative (DFAMPC) announces the conduct of the DFAMPC Election 2026, with online voting scheduled from 9–13 March 2026 for the election of five (5) vacant positions in the Board of Directors and three (3) vacant positions in the Election Committee. All DFAMPC members are encouraged to participate by casting their votes through the official online voting link within the designated period.
